City Crowned Premier League Champions After Beating West Ham United
Manchester City have been crowned Premier League champions for the eighth time after beating West Ham United on Sunday.
City are now the only team to have won four consecutive Premier League titles, and they have also won the EFL Cup this season.
The Citizens were made to work hard for their victory at the London Stadium, but goals from Phil Foden, Rodri, and Bernando Silva secured a 3-1 win.
West Ham took the lead through Jarrod Bowen in the first half, but Foden equalized just before half-time.
Rodri put City ahead in the second half, and Silva sealed the victory with a late goal.
The win means that City have now won eight Premier League titles, moving them one ahead of Manchester United in the all-time standings.
It is also a fourth consecutive title for manager Pep Guardiola, who has now won 11 major trophies in his six years at the club.
